Shipping If you have purchased the Major PiloteBook® CD, it will be shipped USPS first class, within 3 business days of receipt of your order with payment. The shipping is free within the continental U.S., or its possessions. Return/Refund Our policy is to allow product returns within 30 days of purchase; we provide a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be sent within 3 business days of receipt of the original CD. Unless otherwise requested, your refund will be sent to your shipping address we have on file.
